Hi, I’m Olivia—but you can call me Liv.
I’m a licensed massage therapist passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies so they can keep doing what they love.
I’m trained in a wide range of massage modalities, which I think of as a toolbox I draw from to tailor each session to your unique needs. Some sessions are focused and therapeutic, with clear goals and specific issues to work through. Others are slower and more restorative—giving an overwhelmed nervous system the space it needs to settle, reset, and heal. Every body is different, and I adapt my approach each time to meet you exactly where you are.
I take an occupational view of bodywork and truly believe that everyone is an athlete in their own way. Whether your goal is to return to gardening, keep up with your kids/grandkids, improve mobility, refine athletic or bodybuilding performance, or address old or new injuries that just won’t let go, I love partnering with clients to work through those challenges thoughtfully and collaboratively.
I’m deeply committed to continuing education so I can stay sharp, adaptable, and informed. The human body is a complex, interconnected system, and I believe treatment should reflect that complexity through individualized, intentional care. My goal is always to support your body in a way that feels effective, respectful, and empowering—so you leave feeling more at home in yourself.
Outside of the treatment room, I’m a mom to three boys and share life with two rabbits and a dog. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outside with my slightly feral crew—exploring, moving, and staying curious. I love learning new things, trying new challenges, and staying connected to my body in real, everyday ways.

Each session is a thoughtful hybrid of relaxation, medical, and athletic-focused bodywork—designed around you, not a preset routine. We’ll start with in-depth communication so I can gain a clear understanding of your body’s history, patterns, and current needs. I take time to listen, ask questions, and assess how everything is working together, allowing me to create a session that’s both intentional and responsive. My work blends focused therapeutic techniques with calming, grounding touch—supporting both physical recovery and nervous system regulation. I also love sharing knowledge with my clients along the way. Understanding the why behind pain, tension, or recurring patterns can be incredibly empowering, and my goal is to help you feel informed and connected to your body rather than confused or discouraged by it.You can expect a session that feels collaborative, adaptive, and respectful—where your body is treated as a whole system, not a single problem to fix.

I graduated in 2020 from the Ashland Institute of Massage (AIM) and have continued to expand my education and hands-on experience ever since. My background includes practical experience in sports medicine, kinesiology, maternity and doula care, infant and pediatric massage, oncology support, and geriatric bodywork—allowing me to work confidently with a wide range of bodies, ages, and life stages.I grew up as a competitive athlete, which shaped the way I understand movement, recovery, and the mental side of physical performance. That experience deeply informs my work today—whether I’m supporting athletic goals, addressing chronic or acute pain, or helping clients navigate changes in their bodies over time.
