My goal is to give each client an enriched experience that they feel is valuable to their journey. In my early years as a competitive athlete and coach I struggled with body and muscle pain. Into later years at a desk job, as a student and a mother, I found this pain continued until I discovered how beneficial massage could be - When done right! I aim to meet each person where they are at, in all stages of life because I believe each person is incredibly unique and every milestone is an opportunity to deepen the understanding of our bodies needs. This is why I plan to instill curiosity into each session to achieve progress each time.
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with a background in sports science and I graduated from Ashland Institute of Massage. I come from a history of many athletics and coached a variety of sports including gymnastics, swimming, & soccer for over a decade. I am also a momma to three boys and I am always looking for fun and creative ways to bring more calm into the chaos. In my free time I’m just trying to keep up with my boys, house project and lots of family time.
I provide a variety of techniques to meet the needs of each person; Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofacsial Release (MFR), Pregnancy, Cupping, Geriatric, and Sports. I have always been a lover of learning and the field of massage is ever growing! So keep checking back to see what different techniques and modalities that I will incorporate in the future or reach out if you have any suggestions, wants, or needs!
I believe everyone should have access to massage and bodywork and understand that finances can restrict that opportunity so I am in the learning process of billing some insurances, PIP (Personal Insurance Protection) and MVC (Motor Vehicle Collisions).
I hold my license through the Oregon Board of Massage (OBMT) LMT # 26099
